About the Project
Lakes Gas, a propane service company serving the Upper Midwest, had outgrown their space and needed a larger workspace in a more comfortable environment for their growing team. When they purchased a vacant bank building in Wyoming, Minnesota, they reached out to our team to facilitate a commercial remodel. Through the planning, permitting, and construction process, we kept everyone on the same page, resulting in a seamless turnover. Their new space gives them the functionality they need as well as space to grow.
