About the Project
Lakes Gas is a propane service company serving the Upper Midwest. They had outgrown their space and needed a larger workspace in a more comfortable environment for their growing team. When they purchased a vacant bank building, they reached out to our team to manage the construction process. Through the planning, permitting, and communication we kept everyone on the same page, resulting in a seamless turnover. Their new space gives them the functionality they need as well as space to grow.
